As part of the newly signed Stand-By Partnership Programme (SBPP) agreement with the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) a OCHA FIRST training course was successfully conducted in Berlin.
From September 28 - October5, 2011 24 participants from around the world participated in a highly interactive training to become Surge stand-by experts for OCHA.
