Expert Statement in UN Forum on Minority Issues

On December 14 and 15, 2010 Leopold von Carlowitz, Project Leader of Rule of Law Training Program, participated as expert in the Third United Nations Forum on Minority Issues of the Human Rights Council in Geneva.
In front of 600 State delegates and representatives of international organizations and NGOs he presented a statement on the protection of property rights by international peace operations in South Eastern Europe and in Africa.
