Training on "Mentoring and Advising" at EUPOL Afghanistan

From January 15-19, 2012, ZIF in cooperation with the German Federal Police and the Ministry of Interior of Saxony-Anhalt, carried out a training on "Mentoring and Advising" in Kabul for EUPOL Afghanistan.
In total, 22 mission members from the rule of law and police pillars took part in the training. Topics discussed ranged from intercultural communication and negotiation to different mentoring approaches. This was the second time that such an "in-mission" training was carried out by the three partner institutions at EUPOL.
