The Committee for Civilian Aspects of Crisis Management (CIVCOM) advises the Political and Security Committee (PSC) of the European Union on civilian aspects of crisis management. It prepares planning documents for new missions, makes recommendations and deals with the development of strategies for civilian crisis management and for civilian capabilities.

The ENTRi (Europe’s New Training Initiative for Civilian Crisis Management) Secretariat held its annual presentation in the name of all 12 partners of the consortium at the CIVCOM within the framework of the Austrian EU Council Presidency. The ENTRi Secretariat and its Slovenian partner CEP presented the consortium's activities and advocated for a sustainability strategy for ENTRi's products. ENTRi’s efforts and approaches were prised by the CIVCOM chair, its delegates and the representative of the European Commission.
