Time for the EU to Refocus on Kosovo and the Region

In a recent article for Judy Dempsey’s “Strategic Europe” at Carnegie Europe, Andreas Wittkowsky argues that international engagement with Kosovo and Serbia is more necessary than ever. The EU and the United States should thus emphasize their common interest in bringing the dialogue to a successful conclusion, while protecting the current borders in the Western Balkans.
