Legal Advice and Analysis

This area of activity encompasses the continuous monitoring and review of legal aspects of the operation, as well as providing support and advice to mission leadership on all legal matters.

You can expect to be involved in the following tasks:

• Providing legal advice to mission leadership;
• Conducting legal reviews of planned individual measures;
• Drafting internal guidelines and strategic measures;
• Monitoring local legal system;
• Examining local legislation with regard to compatibility with ceasefire and peace agreements;
• Advising the local judiciary system and recommending suitable measures;
• Reviewing all contracts concluded by the mission.
