Human Rights

The aim of human rights work is the long-term improvement and stabilization of the human rights situation on the ground. The measures implemented in this area are meant, among other things, to help uphold international human rights standards.

You can expect to be involved in the following tasks:

  • Monitoring and investigating human rights violations;
  • Reporting on and documenting human rights violations;
  • Supporting national institutions and local actors in the area of human rights;
  • Supporting minorities in the exercise of their rights;
  • Providing support and advising with regard to war crimes and crimes against humanity;
  • Advising on drafting legislation;
  • Further education and training measures for state and civil society actors as well as educational and public relations work.
