ZIF and the German Federal Police Academy Conduct ESDC In-Mission Training for the EU Monitoring Mission in Georgia

From July 25 to July 28 ZIF and the German Federal Police Academy conducted an ESDC In-Mission Training for the EU Monitoring Mission (EUMM) in Georgia. The 4-days training course placed a spotlight on essential leadership competencies in the mission: adeptly managing teams and navigating conflicts. Equipped with these skills, mid-level leaders are poised to foster collaborative environments, enhance decision-making, and drive mission success.

By prioritizing effective leadership, the Trainers Sande Späker, ZIF Senior Training Officer, Predrag Tapavicki, ZIF Head of Training and Markus Feilke, Head of Section Foreign Assignments at the German Federal Police Academy, pave the way for positive outcomes and strengthened team dynamics.
