Katharina Scheufele is a Senior HR Desk Officer responsible for recruiting and supporting civilian staff at the OSCE/Council of Europe and has been working in the Human Resources team since 2018.

She gained field experience in 2023/2024 as a Reporting Officer at EUBAM Rafah in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Katharina Scheufele holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management and Public Governance.
