About

Perle Baillard has been leading the project “Strengthening Mediation Capacities, Coalescing Peacebuilding” since 2026 and is part of our Policy, Partnerships & Innovation team. Previously, she led the projects “Strengthening of Mediation and Dialogue Capacities” and “Strengthening of Mediation Capacities” in the former International Capacity Development team. She joined ZIF in 2016, initially as an assistant and later as a desk officer. Perle Baillard holds a Master's degree in Political Science and International Business Law as well as a Diploma in European and International Law.
