About

Josephine Gembalski has been working as a legal advisor at ZIF since 2023 and is part of the Finance and Internal Administration team. She previously worked as a lawyer in various commercial law firms and worked in the areas of general civil and commercial law as well as project management. 

Josephine Gembalski advises in particular on labour law issues with a focus on collective bargaining law in the public sector (TVöD) as well as on issues of general labour, contract and personnel law. In addition, she oversees procurement procedures and provides central support in administrative matters, particularly in human resources.
