Lilian Reichert has been a coordinator in the project “Strengthening Mediation Capacities, Coalescing Peacebuilding” since 2026. Previously, she was assistant in the project ‘Strengthening Mediation and Dialogue Capacities’, which is part of our Policy, Partnerships & Innovation team. In 2022, she joined ZIF as a research assistant in the former Analysis team. Lilian Reichert holds a Master's degree in International Studies and Peace and Conflict Research. During her studies, she worked at the Chair of Science and Technology for Peace and Security (PEASEC) at TU Darmstadt and completed an internship at the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) in Ghana.
