About
Meik Neumann has been responsible for security management at ZIF as team leader since November 2025. Prior to this, he held various positions in international security and risk management. Meik Neumann has worked as a hunter guidance officer with the NATO E3A AWACS association, as a maritime security expert for international shipping companies, as deputy company security officer for the logistics company Maersk in Denmark, and as a maritime security specialist for the International Maritime Organisation (IMO).
Meik Neumann holds two master's degrees in industrial psychology and organisational psychology, as well as a postgraduate diploma in maritime security management.
