About
Rasmus Stern has been working as Advisor Humanitarian Assistance in the Human Resources team since 2024. Prior to this, he was part of the former International Capacity Development team for thre years, specialising in Standby Partnership (SBP) with a focus on HDP-Nexus, peace mediation, access and UN partnerships.
Before joining ZIF, Rasmus Stern worked for almost 15 years in the field of civil conflict counselling and emergency relief operations for humanitarian organisations such as Caritas and DRK as well as for GIZ in South America. He was also seconded to the OAS peace mission in Colombia. Rasmus Stern holds a Master's degree in Cultural Anthropology, Politics and Peace and Conflict Studies.
