Valentin Launhardt has been supporting our Human Resources team as a student assistant since 2023, focusing on the recruitment, selection, and secondment of experts. During his studies, he gained experience at the Expert Council on Integration and Migration (SVR) gGmbH and at the Robert K. Merton Center for Science Studies.
