A decisive factor in achieving acceptance of a peace operation among the population is securing basic supply and services for a population as quickly as possible. This includes access to water, energy, housing and food, as well as building transport routes, hospitals and other infrastructure facilities.

You can expect to be involved in the following tasks:

• Supporting access to water, energy, housing and food, as well as the construction of transport routes, hospitals and other infrastructure facilities;
• Advising the mission as well as additional international and local organisations on infrastructure measures;
• Preparing needs assessments for reconstruction programmes;
• Developing urban planning measures.
