Privert ist damit der erste Minister der gestürzten Aristide-Regierung, der wegen seiner Rolle bei den Unruhen im Februar belangt werden soll.

Within weeks Haitian authorities will appoint an independent commission to investigate allegations of embezzlement and assassinations under Aristide, according to Gousse.
