ventus is a milestone for us. A milestone in the digitalization of our processes, our work, our systems. We have adapted ventus to our needs and it now professionalizes and facilitates our personnel recruitment and selection, our application management, data management, and our training management. For interested parties and our ZIF Expert Pool, it offers numerous new, up-to-date functionalities.

ventus is a SaaS system (Software as a Service) that ZIF has been using since 2023.
The system serves as a recruiting tool for experts in peacekeeping, humanitarian, and election observation missions. Furthermore, ZIF uses ventus to manage applications for the ZIF Expert Pool, the data of the experts, and for the application management for ZIF trainings.
 

What opportunities does ventus offer?

• You will find a complete overview of all open positions and trainings incl. filter option in ventus with a direct link to the job postings.
• You can apply for all open positions and trainings with a general application profile.
• You can withdraw and edit your application until the application deadline.
• You can store a variety of documents in the system.
• You have the possibility to independently inform us about your availability and a regional preference.
• You can make all changes in the profile independently. Data that needs to be validated on our part will be played to us and released by the application management.
