Mediation Module "Process Design" as part of the Attaché raining of the Federal Foreign Office
On the 24th of March 2021, ZIF, in cooperation with CSSP - Berlin Center for Integrative Mediation, organized for the fifth time, and for the first time virtually, a mediation module as part of the attaché training of the Federal Foreign Office.
A total of 25 attachés took part in the training, which delivered in-depth knowledge and skills on the topic of mediation processes and process design. In the course of the module, the participants were given a comprehensive insight into the various phases of an ideal-typical mediation process and the central challenges associated with structuring mediation processes. A concluding group work further enabled participants to exchange on their own experiences and to apply what they had learned to a concrete case.
