ZIF contributes to publication on the EU’s Civilian Planning and Conduct Capability (CPCC)

Our partner, the European Union Institute for Security Studies (EUISS), published a new issue of the Chaillot Paper series. The volume „The EU's civilian headquarters“ was compiled on the occasion oft he 15th anniversary of the Civilian Planning and Conduct Capability (CPCC) in the European External Action Service (EEAS). It sheds light on the development of the CPCC and since its inception. Carina Böttcher and Tobias Pietz of ZIF have contributed a chapter  on the civilian missions under the Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP) in the EU’s integrated approach to conflicts and crises.
