Course Description
Do No Harm is a term that has become an integral part of international engagement. In addition to the commitment to fundamentally conflict-sensitive work, which is expected in humanitarian and development work as well as in the context of peace missions, Do No Harm is an explicit analytical tool for conflict-sensitive project and program planning and implementation. The training makes it possible to test the application of the approach on the basis of case studies and to reflect on one's own application possibilities.
Learning Objectives
Through the training:
- participants are sensitized to relevant issues and perspectives of conflict-sensitive work
- participants learn how to apply a Do No Harm analysis using selected case studies
