ZIF, PCAsia, and the ASEAN IPR are strengthening their partnership to promote peace in the region, with a focus on negotiation, mediation, and reconciliation.

On 27 June 2024, Federal Minister of Defence Boris Pistorius, Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs Annalena Baerbock and Federal Minister of the Interior and Community Nancy Faeser honored three soldiers, three civilian experts and three police officers for their services in international peacekeeping and foreign missions as part of the "Day of the Peacekeeper". 

ZIF's International Advisory Board convened for it's annual meeting to discuss developments in the multilateral order and advise strategically on ZIF's work.

The ZIF Annual Report 2023 is online! The report includes facts and figures on peace missions, secondees and ZIF's work over the past year. It also provides concise information on priorities and activities.

A ZIF delegation met secondees at the EEAS, ESDC and NATO for a personal exchange and invited the MEP to a debate on the upcoming elections and other topics.

Fourteen German secondees are currently supporting reforms in Ukraine under the conditions of the Russian war of aggression within the framework of the EUAM.
