French operations in Mali put 30 militants ‘out of action,’ as Barkhane builds Sahel Coalition coordination

Sweden plans contribution to France-led Task Force Takuba

France wants US to stay in the Sahel

France hopes “good sense” will prevail and the US will not slash support for French military operations in West Africa, where groups linked to al Qaeda and Islamic State are expanding their foothold.
