The Peace and Human Rights Division at the FDFA finances and co-organizes numerous training courses with partners in the fields of Peacebuilding, Leadership, Advising, Mediation, Dealing with the Past, Election Support, Human Rights, PoC, PVE, Religion and Mediation, in Switzerland or abroad. The division ensures that the experts receive all necessary training before being sent abroad (Duty of Care) and seconds Training Experts within Capacity Building missions or Training Institutions. It also contributes financially to Swiss training institutions.
